WHO IS TEAM KLUESNER?

Stephane and Terry Kluesner

Steph and Terry have been involved in SCCA since 1982. After working corners for almost 15 years, they decided to buy a car and go racing. Acquiring a Mysterian M2 Formula Vee in partnership with close friend Joe Curran, they began regional racing in 1996 with Joe and Terry sharing the driving. Joe has since moved on to other things but occasionally comes to the track to help out. Stephane uses her culinary talent to make us the best fed team at the track!

Mike and Linda Kluesner

Mike is quick to point out that he is Terry's younger brother. Before moving to Florida, Mike assisted their father, Hugh, in his racing efforts (more about Hugh later.) Mike helps to prep the car between events and can be found in pit lane when Terry is on the track. Linda usually can be found helping take care of the children that are often found in our paddock. Mike and Linda's son, Jeremy, comes along to help out when his job allows.

Jim Sleeth

Jim can be found in pit lane when Terry is on the track, whenever the event doesn't conflict with Gator football! Jim works for the Space Shuttle program and brings that attention to order and detail to our team effort at the track.

Brad, Becky, and Amanda Zoeller

Brad is the team engineer and driving coach. Brad has been racing since he was a youngster and brings a wealth of car setup knowledge to the effort. Brad also helps prep the car between races. At the track, Brad can be found on the radio when Terry is on track and pouring over the data from the data logging system between sessions. Becky and Amanda can be found manning stopwatches and lap charts. This is a racing family!

Hugh Kluesner

Terry and Mike owe a lot of their interest in racing to their Dad, Hugh. He ran modifieds in the 50's when the boys were little and, in his seventies, still campaigns a G-Production Spitfire in the Central Division of  SCCA.
